Maximum productivity and minimum downtime
A well-designed yard cover is the perfect solution for all-weather working yards. They protect assets and workers from rain and extreme heat, while helping to limit stress levels of your animals.
Each yard cover design considers all local topographical aspects, climate, and property layout to ensure they are as effective and functional as possible.
The space
Make your long days easier with a purpose-built yard cover. It’s an incredible asset to your farm, because it saves you from sunburn and rain which helps reduce fatigue and keeps your animals calmer. Ultimately, these better conditions result in improved performance.
When we design your yard cover, we think about the local topography, year-round climate and your yard layout.
We eliminate column locations clashing with yard gates and fences, and we check loading ramps and truck heights to maximise accessibility. The result? A cover that protects your livestock and increases productivity.

Featured agricultural yard cover project case study
Designing the agricultural yard cover in Ballan, Victoria posed challenges due to its location on a contoured site. Each column had to be tailored to the slope, ensuring structural integrity — and to avoid deterring operations beneath the yards, bay sizes and bracing locations were adjusted accordingly. And for optimal weather protection while preserving an open-sided design, 2m eaves were included onto the roof.
