Oritech combined office and warehouse
Oritech Pty Ltd partnered with us to build a modern office and warehouse facility in Mitchell Park, Victoria. The design featured innovative L-shaped tilt panels for both function and style. Using our Pro. building approach, we delivered a durable, cost-effective, high-quality solution. Seamless collaboration ensured the project was completed on time and within budget.
Balhannah is a scenic town in the Adelaide Hills about 30km southeast of Adelaide. The established in 1839 Balhannah is an idyllic location for an equestrian property.
Central Steel Build was privileged to be part of a stable complex project for Adelaide Hills Stables located in Balhannah, SA. The 21 x 48m stable complex is now finished construction and fit out, and the client loves the result.
We were lucky enough to receive these photos of the project from Luke Jones from C4 Architects who designed the building. The construction of this stunning complex was completed by LJ Constructions and the stable and wall panels were provided by Killahy Equine.
Creating a dream stable stable complex, complete with laundry in the tack room is a credit to all involved. The detail in the finishing is testament to the owners style.
