Oritech combined office and warehouse
Oritech Pty Ltd partnered with us to build a modern office and warehouse facility in Mitchell Park, Victoria. The design featured innovative L-shaped tilt panels for both function and style. Using our Pro. building approach, we delivered a durable, cost-effective, high-quality solution. Seamless collaboration ensured the project was completed on time and within budget.
In 2016 Central Steel Build partnered with Nicholsons Construction in the design and construction of a new car dealership building for Mazda. The 84m x 22m building was sold as a kit to Nicholsons who organised the remainder of the project as a commercial builder for the client. The building looks amazing being now in use and Central Steel Build is pleased to have been involved in such a successful project.
