Having successfully dealt with us in the past on other commercial and industrial projects, Eddy approached us again with an idea for a multi-tenanted factory complex. 

We assisted Eddy when designing the architectural elements, such as alternate cladding and glazing. He was keen for the building to have a hidden roofline, so parapets were included in the design.

Challenges and solutions

Eddy had pre-engineered drawings done before approaching us, so he provided these to us to work from. However, the drawings didn’t consider the retaining walls that were required. We came up with an innovative solution and collaborated with the engineer to incorporate this into the final design.
