The Opportunity

To keep up with supply and demand of our growing local business a new full-time position within our brilliant team has come up for a mature and experienced Welder to join our Kyneton production team.

You will bring a passion for excellence, exceptional customer service, good communication skills, and a positive team spirit. You’ll be joining a quality crew, using only the best steel for construction purposes to fabricate steel buildings for various industries.

What makes you right for this Role:

Ideally, you would have all the qualifications with 3+ years of fabrication or structural fabrication experience combined with the ability to lead a work cell within the broader team. You have:

Trade Boilermaking qualification or have extensive MIG welding experience
A White card
Genuine concern for OHS of others and yourself
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Success and value driven where everyone has a role to play
Great team 'can do' attitude, ability to lead and mentor others
Strong work ethic and work quality of a high standard
High attention to detail, focused on quality outcomes
Good time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Full working rights to work in Australia.
