Project overview
Jamie approached Central Steel Build seeking to build an investment premises, consisting of two combined factory and office complexes. In the initial phases, we did on-site consultations with Jamie to discuss the best design and how to proceed effectively with the project.
The requirement was to create two buildings separated by fire-rated walls, thus allowing them to be rented to separate tenants.

Challenges and solutions
Due to the fall across the site and tight access around it, we had to work out the best way to install the building without impeding on surrounding infrastructure and businesses. The building was designed as such, so it could be installed with difficult site conditions and to support retaining walls.
“Central Steel Build provided a great service and top-quality product. They were very considerate of our needs and helpful throughout the build. Not only this, but the installation team did an amazing job putting the shed together.”
