Challenges and solutions
We worked with Evanne to design the equestrian complex to tie in with the historic buildings on her property. This included increasing the roof pitch and choosing a traditional Colorbond cladding option.
The indoor arena needed to be designed wider than a competition-sized dressage arena to accommodate carriage riding. We increased the width of the indoor arena to 30m and included our Equinarail kick rail system on three sides. The fourth side was left fully open to allow carriage riders to ride outdoors as well as the surface extends outside.
